Gold Fume Trap Spoon

One of a kind pipe made using a thick, double wall tube containing dark cobalt blue for the inside layer and clear for the outside layer, with heavy gold fuming effects between the layers. This technique not only makes the pipe nearly indestructible, it also creates the amazing, one of a kind look you see that spans a vast range of blue, teal and green shades. On this particular piece the technique is pushed a step further with the addition of some frit to the mix giving it even more texture and more complex detail than was previously possible.
